Challenge Assembly

Hi everyone its Monisha well last week we had our assembly. The parts that went really well in our assembly was our Christchurch earthquake skit.

The parts that were really funny and interesting was the Japan Tsunami video. And the part That was really funny was when Bedir said that M.r Marquand hasn't needed to do his hair for 15 years that really made the audience laugh.

I sort of liked my part it was alright.

Our message was that everyone has a Challenge in there lifes. And when you come across a Challenge don't give up!

Yes our message went out clearly I think because when people come across a Challenge they will always remember our assembly.

No I don't I liked our assembly like that and I hope everyone enjoyed our assembly.b :)

SOLAR LIGHTS!!!!!! :)

MONISHAS AWESOME! SOLAR BOTTLES! on PhotoPeach

Hi guys its me Monisha last week my class did something so cool we made solar bottles. The idea came from this man named Solar Demi. M.r Marquand showed our class a video of him.

It was such a clever idea because it puts your power bill down. And its really cheap. It lasts long it doesn't go out fast like a light bulb.

Our idea was we needed a piece of cardboard we needed to bring in juice bottles. And M.r Marquand brought in fridge boxes. First we had to trace a circle on the piece of cardboard. And we had to cut out the circle then we put the juice bottle through the hole and then we put 2 layers of strong tape on to make sure the juice bottle wont drop. After that we went and put 2 more layers of salo tape and then we showed M.r Marquand.Finaly he told me and my buddy Bela to put water in it.After that we went outside with our Solar bottle and I went underneath the box and M.r Marquand put our bottle into the hole on top on me and it was so bright it was like the sun.
I was suprised that it actually worked because me and Bella were really worried that it won't work. But I'm really proud of our Solar Bottles :) :) :) :) :) :)
